国外医疗基本立法特色内容对中国医改的启示

摘要

To analyze the present basic health legislation in China, combine the featured contents of legislation in some other countries, and to explore the basic health legislation in covering essential issues on health care, legal design for balancing health care supply and demand side, appropriately monitoring management innovation and adequate consideration with the basis of social culture.%剖析我国卫生基本立法现状,梳理部分国家相关基本立法的特色内容,从立法应涵盖卫生领域的基本问题、医疗供需方平衡的法律设计、对管理技术革新适度法律监控、充分考虑医改社会文化基础4方面谈卫生基本立法建构.
