Said DNA in the 3 ' end, has the array which obstructs the fact that duplication of the manifestation vector happens to converse direction of transcription of the said manifestation vector. Furthermore, as for this invention, it regards the use of both in permanent revealing of coming from abroad DNA in the product and the cell which include this manifestation vector.
