摘要:随着我国经济迅速增长, 超重和肥胖人群已成为了一个凸显的社会现象. 为了探讨我国劳动者超重对其工资收入是否产生显著影响, 本研究选取2013年CGSS数据, 运用倾向得分匹配法实证检验了超重对其工资收入的影响. 实证结论为: 第一, 我国劳动者超重对其工资收入产生了显著的负效应; 第二, 超重的工资收入效应存在性别差异, 其中男性超重的工资收入负效应不显著, 女性超重的工资收入负效应非常显著, 其工资收入下降了7.8-10.4%. 这表明, 我国劳动者超重对其自身素质和劳动生产率产生了负面影响, 劳动力市场对超重劳动者、 尤其是超重女性产生了不公平待遇. 为此, 建议: 完善我国公共卫生管理和人力资源开发相关政策,积极干预我国居民的超重和肥胖问题, 提高我国人口的素质和劳动生产率; 完善劳动力市场的相关法规, 禁止超重和肥胖劳动者在劳动力市场和职业中受到招聘、 晋升及收入报酬偏低的歧视, 保障社会公平; 完善相关法规禁止女性在劳动力市场和职业中受到歧视, 保障性别公平.%With the rapidly growth of economy in China , overweight and obesity has become a prominent social phenomenon .This paper uses the propensity score matching ( PSM) and the data from CGSS 2013 to empirical test the overweight and obesity of laborers impact on their wage incomes .The findings of empirical test are: The laborer's overweight has a significant negative effect on the wage income in China; There is different effect of laborer's overweight on the wage income between gender , of which men overweight has not a significant negative effect on the wage income;however, the female's overweight has significantly affected their wage incomes , causing the wage income to fall by 7.8%-10.4%.The findings show us that laborer 's overweight has a significant nega-tive effect on their own ability , quality and their labor productivity in China , there is unfairness for overweight and obesity laborers , especially for overweight and obesity women . Therefore, the paper suggested that:In order to actively intervene in the overweight and obesity of residents in our country , and to improve the quality of our population and the labor productivity , our government should improve public health management and human resources development policy;In order to safeguard social justice , our gov-ernment should improve the relevant laws and regulations of the labor marhet , and prohibit the discrimination a-gainst overweight and obesity laborers on job recruitment , promotion , and low income pay; In order to safeguard gender justice , our government should improve the relevant laws and regulations to prohibit discrimination against women in the labour marhet and career .
