摘要：The practical survey from many rural areas of the country showed many problems in the villager autonomy.On the legal protection,regulations about villager autonomy are not clear and systematic,and the function to maintain villag-ers’democratic rights remain to be improved;in the system design,the guidance relationship between the county’s and township’s Party committees and governments and the village committee and village Party branch is not clear,and opera-tion boundaries between the village committee and village Party branch is fuzzy;in terms of political culture,the tradi-tional political culture concept in rural areas is more strong,and change to the modern citizen’s public awareness and participation behavior is difficult,and there is a larger gap between the village cadres’democratic legal system con-sciousness and ability quality and villagers’autonomy desire.To solve these problems,scholars,politicians and the vil-lagers are trying to seek countermeasures and suggestions,which include theoretical Suggestions and practical system in-novation.Through synthesis carding and analysis,we can find the villager autonomy is facing difficulties,but it can be further improved to keep the stability and development of rural society,which is of great significance.%来自全国多个农村地区的实际调查表明，村民自治在实践过程中受到诸多因素的困扰。在法律保障方面，村民自治的相关法律不够明确不成体系，村民民主权利维护的功能有待完善；在制度设计方面，县乡两级党委政府与村委会村党支部之间的指导关系不明晰，村委会与村党支部之间的运行界限模糊；在政治文化方面，农村传统政治文化观念较为浓厚，村民向现代公民的公共意识与参与行为转变普遍存在困难，村干部的民主法制意识与能力素质和村民的自治渴求之间存在较大差距。通过综合梳理与分析，我们可以发现当前村民自治虽然面临重重困难，但也深切感知进一步完善村民自治对农村社会稳定与发展所具有的重大意义。

摘要：模因论为研究语言变异提供了一个新的视角---语用学视角。这种视角综合了历时和共时研究，认为从本质上来讲语言的变异就是语言模因的变异。但是现有的研究局限于从社会文化视角讨论，认为语言模因复合体的形成是语言模因为了复制和传播而进行的“生存之战”。这些研究忽视了影响语言模因变异发生的一个重要语用因素---语境。语境功能说为研究语境对语言模因变异发生的影响提供了理论框架。文章试图把语言模因置于语境之中，从语言模因与语境的相互作用来解读语言模因变异的发生，身处语境中的语言模因宿主选择符合语境的语言模因复合体。研究结果认为语境对语言模因的变异具有解释功能和制约功能。%Memetics provides a new perspective for the study of language variation-perspective of pragmatics.This per-spective synthesizes the diachronic and synchronic researches and views essentially language variation as that of language meme.However,existing researches are limited their discussion in a social and cultural perspective and consider that the formation of the compounds of linguistic meme is“the survival war”for linguistic meme to replicate and spread.So these researches neglect context-an important factor in Pragmatics that has an impact on the occurrence of variations of lin-guistic meme.The functionalist view on context would provide the theoretical framework for the research on the influence of context on the occurrence of variations of linguistic meme.This article attempts to put language meme in the context and interpret the occurrence of variations of language meme from its interaction with context and suggests that memetic carriers involved in the context would select the compounds of linguistic meme that are suitable for this context.There-fore,this article concludes that context has the functions of both interpretation and restriction to variations of language meme.

摘要：Previous research about word order of Chinese coordinate phrase involves both the rules of Chinese word order and those of English coordinate phrase.Scholars started from the studies on the concept “coordination”,and gradually developed into the research into the markedness,components,syntactical functions of coordinate phrase and cognitive in-vestigation of markedness and typicality and ordering constraints in recent years.Semantic,phonological,cognitive and cultural factors constitute the major ordering constraints of coordinate phrase,which are similar in Chinese and English, with slight differences in sub-ordering principles.Quantitative study on ordering constraints are able to help observe the interactions between constraints so as to better describe and interpret the hierarchies of ordering constraints in the two lan-guages.%汉语并列短语的词序研究既包括探寻汉语自身的词序规律，同时也融入了与英语并列短语词序原则的比较。对汉语并列短语的研究，学者们从最初研究汉语“并列”这一概念开始，逐步发展到对并列短语的外在标记和内部构成、句法功能以及最近几年对并列短语标记性和典型性的认知研究以及制约并列短语词序的因素方面的研究。制约汉语并列短语词序的因素包括语义、语音和认知、文化等几方面以及所涵盖的数条次原则。研究汉语并列短语词序制约因素常常离不开对汉英并列短语词序原则的探讨。汉语和英语并列短语排序的总体原则相似，大原则之下的次原则同多异少。目前的研究以定性研究为主，因此，未来的定量研究尤其是基于语料库的研究，将更能观察到词序制约因素之间的互动，从而为对比词序制约因素在汉语和英语并列短语中的制约力强弱提供更好的描写与解释。
摘要：Typologically speaking,English and Chinese are hypotactic and paratactic respectively at syntactic level.Re-stricted by one-dimensionality of time,in an English sentence,in a certain time if there are more than one verb express-ing related actions (happening simultaneously or successively),only one verb (parallel verbs excepted)bears such grammatical markers expressing time-related information as tense and aspect,other verb(s)should eliminate such gram-matical markers through nominalization or non-finite forms;Chinese verbs are also restricted by one-dimensionality of time.The paper reveals that the distinction between English finite and nonfinite verbs and the distinction between Chi-nese finite and nonfinite verbs are the same in nature and differ from each other in grammatical forms.Meanwhile,a comparative analysis of the continuum of nominalization process in English and nouny verbs in Chinese can better reveal the nature of-ing participle,verbal noun and deverbal noun in English and nouny verbs in Chinese.%从语言类型学视角看，英语和汉语在句法上分别是偏重形合和意合的语言。受时间一维性原则的制约，在一个英语句子中，在某一时间位置如果有多个动词表达相关动作（同时发生或先后发生），就只有一个动词（并列动词除外）具有时体等与时间信息有关的句法特征，其他动词则通过名词化或非限定形式来消除与时间信息相关的句法特征；汉语的动词在句法上也受时间一维性的制约。研究发现英汉语中的限定动词与非限定动词的对立在本质上相同，在句法表现上不同。此外，对比分析了英语动词名词化过程的连续统和汉语名动词的相似点，更好地揭示英语-ing分词、动名词和动词派生名词的本质和汉语名动词的本质。

摘要：最新公布的《著作权法》修改草案首次在我国规定了追续权制度，引发了不少争议。现有研究忽略了追续权制度背后的信息获取障碍，即艺术市场的“秘密性”使得艺术品转售的信息非常难获取，然而，这些信息又是运行追续权制度所不可或缺的。我国应当在追续权制度的基础上创设艺术市场的“信息获取权”和信息登记制度，以缓解艺术市场信息获取障碍的症状，保障追续权制度的有效运行。%The latest published draft of Copyright Law Amendments adopted the system of resale right.This system caused a lot of controversy.Current research ignores the information problem which makes the art market very difficult to obtain information.However,this information is indispensable for the system of resale right.China should create the art market “right to information”and information registration system to ensure the operation of the system of resale right.
摘要：信息法学已是信息社会迫切需要的学问，实践中与此相关的信息立法、司法、学术研究与高校课程教学也有所展开。但是，由于其学科地位未得确立、学科归属不明，这不仅导致一些课程开设与学术研究的模糊与混乱，还阻碍了信息法学的纵深发展，不利于从信息法治的角度为我国的信息化进程提供有力保障。因此，应赋予信息法学独立的学科地位，并将其归属于法学学科、定位为新兴的二级分支学科。%Information law has become a most urgently needed study in information society.Legislative,judicial,aca-demic research and teaching in colleges and universities about it have been carried out in practice already.However,the subject status of the information law study has not been established and the category of the information law study is unde-fined.It causes a state of fuzzy and chaos on some courses and academic research and hinders the further development of information law study.This situation is not conducive to provide strong guarantee for our country’s informatization from the aspects of the rule of information law.Therefore,information law study should become one independent legal subject. In other words,it should become a secondary discipline which is newly-developing.

摘要：In perspective of Relevance Theory,translation highlights the indispensability of background knowledge and re-flects the subject position of translators in this communicative activity.This paper aims at exploring the subtitling transla-tion of American movies and TV plays with the Relevance Theory utilized as the guiding principle.This will blend the en-cyclopedic information of the target language acceptors into translation process,and strengthen the acceptors’under-standing of these areas such as content and source-language culture of the movies.Meanwhile,translation incorporated in cognition is beneficial for the translators and target language acceptors to integrate their cognitive experience with the ap-preciation of the movies,and to obtain a deeper understanding.%关联理论视角下的翻译观，揭示了背景知识在翻译活动中的不可或缺性，体现了译者在这一交际活动中的主体地位。以关联理论为指导原则探索美国影视剧的字幕翻译，有助于进一步将译语接受者的百科语境知识融入翻译过程，加深译语接受者对影片内容、影片搭载的原语文化的了解。同时，从认知的角度探讨翻译，也有助于译者和译语接受者将自己的认知体验融入到影片赏析中，对影片的理解也就更为透彻。
