This paper discusses the meaning of the tutorial system on clinical practice;the qualifications,tasks and a responsibility of the tutors,expounds the role of tutors,and discusses the main problems of tutorial system of the undergraduate.%在此就临床实习中实施本科生导师制的意义、导师资格和职责、导师工作和任务、导师管理和考核、本导制的作用进行了阐述,探讨了实施本科生导师制面临的主要问题.
