目的:应用磁共振波谱(MRS)技术评价兔肝癌化疗栓塞的疗效.方法:建立兔肝癌模型,Seldinger's法股动脉插管行选择性肝动脉造影,采用化疗栓塞术(TACE)治疗,治疗前后行MRS扫描,记录MRS各峰的峰值.结果:TACE治疗后的肝脏肿瘤组织具有一个异常增高的PCr峰,治疗后的PME/PDE比例较治疗前明显降低.结论:MRS作为无创性检查方法,可用于评价化疗的栓塞疗效.%0bjective: To explore 1he application value of magnetic resonance spectroscopy (MRS) in aging in evaluating the effect of transarterial chem oem bolizatbn (TACE). Me1hods: A rabbitmodel of ttanspkniabfe hepatocelluhr carcinoma was established. Selective hepatic arteriography was treated by percutaneous transfemoral caiheterizatbn involving application of Seldinger's technique and transarterial chem oem bolization w as perform ed . MRS in aging w as applied before and after the treat-m entand every peak value of M RS was recorded . Results: PC r peak of turn or tissue increased obviously after transcaiheter arterial chem oem bolization, and the ratio of PM E /PD E decreased significantly . Conclusion: A s m inin ally invasive m ethods of exam ination, MRS can be used to evaluate the the clinical efficacy of transcatheter arterial chem oem bolizatbn .
