CT和MRI对射频消融联合肝动脉化疗栓塞治疗肝细胞肝癌疗效评价的对比研究

摘要

Objective To compare the CT & MRI features of hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC)treated by RFA and TACE ,and to evaluate the curative effect .Methods Sixty-three cases of hepatocellular carcinoma from August 2008 to January 2012 treated by RFA and TACE were selected .And the diagnostic results of CT and MRI were compared .Results CT positive rate was 78% (49/63) ,MRI positive rate was 95% (60/63) .The differ-ence between two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05) .Conclusion MRI is an accurate inspection meth-od of evaluating the curative effect and follow-up to the treatment of hepatocellular carcinoma by RFA and T ACE .%目的：比较CT和MRI对射频消融（RFA）联合肝动脉化疗栓塞（TACE）治疗肝细胞肝癌疗效评价的应用价值。方法选取对2008年8月至2012年1月63例RFA联合TACE治疗肝细胞肝癌的影像资料，并将CT和MRI的诊断结果进行比较。结果CT诊断阳性率为78％（49/63），MRI诊断阳性率为95％（60/63），2组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论在评价RFA联合TACE治疗肝细胞肝癌疗效及随访中，MRI是一种有效的检查方法。
