公平偏好视角下新生代教师教学质量研究--以某地方高校为例

         

摘要

本文首次采用行为经济学实验的方法测度了教师的公平偏好和风险态度,并对比分析了80后教师和70后教师在公平偏好、风险态度及其教学质量上的差异,进一步回归分析,检验了80后教师和70后教师公平偏好对学生评价的影响。研究结果显示:教师大多偏好公平,且为风险规避者;教师的公平偏好会影响学生对其的评价,而风险偏好对学生评价并无显著影响;80后教师与70后教师相比,其更为偏好风险,且其公平偏好较弱,但其公平偏好对学生评价的影响更大。%The experimental method of behavioral economics was used in this research to evaluate teachers’ fairness preference and their attitude towards risks. The comparative analysis of the post-80’s teachers’ and the 70’s teachers’ fairness preference, as well as their risk attitude and the teaching quality shows some differences between them. Regression analysis was also conducted to check the impact of the fairness preference of the post-80’s teachers and the 70’s teachers on students’ appraisal of teacher’s performance. The results show that most teachers are equitable and risk-averse. Compared with the 70’s teachers, the post-80’s teacher shows greater preference on risks but less preference on fairness. Teachers’ fairness preference can affect the students’ appraisal of teaching performance while teachers’ attitude towards risks has no significant effect on that.
