调制乳中8种合成色素的快速测定

             

摘要

Protein in blend milk was coagulated by CH3CN and eight kinds of synthetical pigments in blend milk was purified , the solution was determined by HPLC-DAD. Results showed the linearity of eight kind of synthetical pigments was in the range of 0. 1 ~10.0 mg/L , r = 0.9999. The average recovery was in the range of 81.7 % ~ 106.0 %, CV was between 0.77 % and 8.97 %. This method was quickly and accurate with good reproducibility and can be used for the determination of eight kinds of synthetical pigments in blend milk.%以乙腈溶液沉降蛋白并提取样品中人工合成色素,应用反相高效液相色谱一多波长紫外检测器,外标法定量,测定了调制乳中8种人工合成色素的质量浓度.8种人工合成色素质量浓度在0.1 ~ 10.0 mg/L范围内呈良好线性关系,r=0.9999,平均加标回收率为81.7%~106.0%,CV=0.77%~8.97%.该方法简便,准确,重现性好,可用于调制乳中8种合成色素质量浓度的测定.
