PBL在精神病学生产实习教学中的应用

     

摘要

目的:探讨PBL教学法在精神病学生产实习教学中的可行性和效果,为现代临床教学提供依据。方法选取心理科实习医生共60名作为研究对象,根据前瞻对照试验设计法分为PBL组(PBL教学法)和传统实习组(传统实习法)各30名,经过传临床实习训练后,对比两种教学模式差异性。结果 PBL组实习成绩和毕业考试成绩优于传统实习组,经统计学比较,P<0.05,差异存在统计学意义。结论 PBL教学法能够改善精神病学生掌握知识的效果,有效提高生产实习教学效果,是现代临床教学较为科学的教学方法。%Objective To discuss the feasibility and effect of PBL teaching method in the teaching of psychiatry practice and to provide the basis for modern clinical teaching.Methods 60 psychiatric interns were selected as the research object. According to the prospective controlled experimental method, they were divided into the PBL group (PBL teaching method) and traditional practice group (traditional practice method). There were 30 objects in each group. After clinical training, the differences of two teaching patterns were compared.ResultsIn PBL group, the practice scores and graduation test scores were signiifcantly better than the traditional practice group, after statistical comparison,P<0.05, the difference was signiifcant. ConclusionPBL teaching method can improve the effect of grasping the knowledge for psychiatry students, and effectively improve the teaching effect of practice. It is a more scientiifc teaching method in modern clinical teaching.
