建立了高效液相色谱串联质谱法(HPLC-MS/MS )直接测定功能性饮料中牛磺酸含量的方法.样品直接稀释后过膜,经BEH Amide(150 mm×2.1 mm,3.5 μm)色谱柱分离,以乙腈-水为流动相进行梯度洗脱;负离子模式下测定.结果表明,牛磺酸在0.01~2.0 μg/mL范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系(R=0.9994),加标回收率为96.8 % ~ 101.9 %,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.58 % ~ 4.2 %,方法的定量限为1.0 μg/mL.方法与国家标准方法进行了比较,结果表明无显著性差异.%The method for the direct contents determination of taurine in functional drinks by high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS/MS) was established . The samples were directly diluted, then filtered by membrane, separated by amide column with acetonitrile and water as mobile phase under gradient elution mode, determined by HPLC-MS/MS with negative ion mode. The standard calibration curve showed good linear behavior in the range from 0.01-2.0 μg/mL and the relative coefficient was 0.9994. The recovery range was 96.8 %-101.9 % and the RSD range was 0.58 %~4.2 % .The limit of quantitation of the method was 1.0 μg/mL. Comparing with Chinese national standard method, the results showed no significant difference.
