关于普通高校体育教师课程权力及其实现途径研究

摘要

随着教育形势的不断变化,教师在教学活动中的作用越加凸显,这就要求教师在教学中具备更多的课程权力,能够在教育活动中对相关事宜做出合理处置.对此,本文首先针对高校体育教师课程权力的基本内涵进行了分析阐述,然后就教师课程权力的来源进行了简单探讨,最后提出了实现教师课程权力的途径方法,希望可以对普通高校体育教师形成一定参考,促进高校体育教育的不断进步发展.%With the changing educational situation, the role of teachers in teaching activities is more prominent, which requires teachers to have more power in teaching to make reasonable disposal of related issues in educational activities.In this regard, this paper first illustrates the basic connotation of college PE teachers' curriculum power, then discusses the orientation of teachers curriculum power.Finally it puts forward the measures to achieve teacher's curriculum power.The aim of this article is to offer references to college PE teachers and promotes the development of PE in College.
