技巧啦啦操对大学生健康体适能的影响——以广州大学为例

         

摘要

为有效评价技巧啦啦操在大学生健康体适能方面的干预效果影响提供数据参考,本文以广州大学啦啦队为例,采用实验法对受试者训练前后的身体成分、心肺耐力、肌肉耐力、肌肉力量、柔韧性这五项进行测试.对测得数据进行X±SD和成对样本t检验的方法来研究技巧啦啦操对大学生健康体适能的影响.测试表明,通过为期两个月技巧啦啦操的训练,各方面的素质都得到了提高,测试中,1分钟仰卧起坐、坐位体前屈及台阶测试等都有显著性提高(P<0.01);女生在训练后的仰卧起坐、背力、坐位体前屈、台阶测试、安静心率都有显著性提高,除此之外,男生相对于女生在训练后握力也得到提高,队员们在训练后整体的健康体适能水平得到显著提高.%For evaluating effectively of cheerleading influence on college students' physical fitness to provide reference data, this paper takes Guangzhou University as an example, tests the following five items of the subjects' body composition by experimental method——cardiopulmonary endurance, muscular endurance, muscular strength and flexibility before and after the training, use X ± SD and paired samples T test method to deal with the measured data to study the cheer leading on College Students' healthy physical fitness effects.Test results show that over a period of two months of cheerleading skills training, all aspects of quality have been improved, cardiac function is significantly improved.The test index increases significantly in I minute sit up, sit and reach, as well as step test (P < 0.01).After training, girls in sit ups, back strength, sit and reach, step test and quiet heart rate improves significantly.In addition, boys grip strength is also been improved after training compared with girls.The players overall fitness level has been significantly improved after training.
