固相萃取-高效液相色谱法测定大豆油中维生素K1含量

摘要

A method for analyzing vitamin K1 by high performance liquid chromatography with solid-phase extraction in soybean oil was constructed. The sample was purified by SPE silica gel column. The result showed that SPE silica gel column solid phase extraction method is good in separating the samples and its result is accurate, it is suitable for determining the content of vitamin K1 in different kinds of soybean oil.%选用SPE硅胶柱对样品进行净化处理，分离提取大豆油中的维生素K1，运用灵敏、准确的高效液相色谱法测定样品中维生素K1。试验结果表明：SPE硅胶柱固相萃取法样品分离效果好、结果准确，适用于测定不同种类的大豆油中维生素K1含量。
