整体法在中学英语阅读教学法中的应用研究

摘要

本文研究的主要目的是为了了解中学英语阅读教学的基本情况，查明英语阅读教学中存在的主要问题，从而采取有效的对策和措施。为此，作者对西平二中高二年级进行了调查研究。
　　 本文主要采用课堂观察和问卷调查两种方法进行调查研究。首先，通过对30节英语课的课堂观察，了解英语阅读教学的现状及存在的问题;其次通过对高二年级其中8名英语教师和122名学生做问卷调查，了解教师和学生对英语阅读教学的看法，最后对调查结果进行了认真的分析，提出了合理性的建议。
　　 调查结果表明，传统中学英语教学法存在着一些弊端，教师只把阅读练习看作是巩固和学习语言知识的手段，而没有训练学生的阅读能力和阅读方法，结果阅读教学就只是老师重点讲授语言点，语法知识，而学生被动的学习所学内容，同时阅读教学仅停留在对阅读材料表层意义的理解，对阅读材料缺乏深入分析，不利于拓宽学生的视野，不利于培养学生的创新能力，学生的主体性也难以体现。
　　 作者对调查结果进行整理分析，找到了解决这种问题的方法。文中作者论述了整体教学法的必要性和可行性，这种模式强调整体训练学生的阅读技巧，培养其阅读能力，使学生在英语阅读过程中有目的的预测，思考和获取信息，并对所获信息进行分析，推理和判断，从而准确理解文章的内容和思想，以提高学生的理解正确率以及提高学生的阅读技能。
　　 作者希望通过这次调查研究能够帮助高中英语教师认识到英语阅读教学的重要性，意识到目前英语阅读教学存在的问题，从而采取有效的方法来提高英语教学效率。
