PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an improved integral flange, a thin plate metallic disc coupling using the improved integral flange and a machinery with the coupling.;SOLUTION: An integral flange is specified as one in which a coupling can be directly attached as long as no request from a customer is given and due to this fact, it is not avoidable that information about a part where the coupling is directly attached to it is indicated to a customer (a device maker). The improved integral flange of this invention can be improved for two methods, i.e. one method in which a flexing plate is connected and attached and the other method in which the flange is fastened and attached. In particular, a configuration of a system in which the flange is fastened and attached has not been known up to now, a method for manufacturing the integral flange is not so different from the conventional manufacturing method, addition of a stepped machining causes a flexing plate position to be improved (refer to Fig.3 and Fig.4), a bearing load of the device major shaft is reduced and it is possible to perform a more compact coupling (a transmittance torque is increased by more than 82%).;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
