摘要:
热轧厂板坯库使用的起重机为双钩桥式起重机,主要是用来板坯的收料和备料,在整个热连轧中有着十分重要的作用,因此设备的稳定运行至关重要,传统的桥式起重机的调速方法一般为绕线式异步电动机转子串电阻调速。传统调速方式控制原理简单,但是调速指标差,加上大量使用接触器、继电器,绕线式电动机滑环和电刷的磨损,使得传统调速方式故障率高,日常维护量大,元器件更换频繁,不能满足快节奏的生产需求。

针对大功率绕线式电动机碳刷存在的不足之处,设计了自动提刷装置,并对碳刷自动提起和压下进行了电控系统设计.自动提刷系统对国产大型绕线式电动机在实际工程应用上具有一定的参考价值.%In view of the shortcomings of the carbon brush of the large-power winding motor,the paper introduced the automatic brush lifting device about its mechanical structure and working principle,and designed the electric control system for automatic brush lifting and lowering.The automatic brush lifting device was of some reference for practical engineering application of the homemade large-power winding motor.

摘要:
According to the characteristics of high power wound rotor asynchronous motor with the low power factor and low running efficiency under light load and no-load operation,this paper discussed the energy-saving method of voltage regulation for high-power wound asynchronous motor.Firstly,aiming atthe shortcomings of energy-saving control method of wound rotor asynchronous motor,a new partition multiplex energy-saving control method was proposed based on the combination of constant power factor and minimum current.Secondly,a simulation model of partition multiplex energy-saving system of winding asynchronous motor was developed based on the Matlab/Simulink environment.Finally,the relationship between the power factor and the stator current was obtained under the partition multiplexing control of wound asynchronous motor.It was verified the superiority of energy-saving control by the partition multiplexing control method of asynchronous motorwith light load and no-load.%根据大功率绕线式异步电动机轻载、空载运行时功率因数小、运行效率低的特点,探究大功率绕线式异步电动机的调压节能方法.首先,针对当前绕线式异步电动机节能控制方法的不足,提出了一种恒功率因数与最小电流法相结合的分区复用节能控制方法;其次,基于Matlab/Simulink环境搭建了绕线式异步电动机分区复用节能控制系统仿真模型;最后,得出了分区复用控制下绕线式异步电动机功率因数、定子电流变化关系,验证了轻载、空载时异步电动机在分区复用控制下节能控制效果的优越性.

Based on the fact that asynchronous motors are characterized with periodic load operation, the optimal voltage of wound rotor asynchronous motors has been determined under no-load and light-load operating modes. With the load ratio a constant, the power factor under the optimal voltage is greater than that under the rated voltage. In light of the features of winding rotor asynchronous motors, a research has been conducted on the side series resistance starting and the capacity of voltage regulation and energy-saving series under series resistance speed regulation. When a resistance of 2 is connected in series with the rotor circuit, an accelerated starting of the motor has thus achieved. With the optimal voltage a constant, the electromagnetic torque remains constant before and after the series resistance has been connected with the rotor circuit. A step-down series resistance speed regulation model of wound rotor asynchronous motors has been set up to work out the relationship between the energy consumption of the rotor turn-on and rotor series resistance under a constant optimal voltage. When the load factor of the motor is in the range of 0%~50%, a certain energy-saving space could be obtained by appropriately reducing the power supply voltage, thus verifying the feasibility of the energy saving operation under the light load rotor series resistance voltage regulation of wound rotor asynchronous motors under the optimal voltage.%根据异步电动机带周期性负载运行的特点,确定了绕线式异步电动机处于空载、轻载运行状态下的最优电压,且维持负载率不变时,其在最优电压下的功率因数大于其在额定电压下的。针对绕线式异步电动机的特性,研究了其转子侧串电阻启动及串电阻调速下调压节能的运行状态,得知当转子回路中串入2电阻时,可加速电机启动,且在最优电压一定时,串电阻前后的电磁转矩恒定。通过搭建绕线式异步电动机降压串电阻调速模型,得出了最优电压下绕线式异步电动机转子短接与转子串电阻时的能耗变化关系,即电机的负载率为0%~50%时,适当降低电源电压,有一定的节能空间。从而验证了最优电压下异步电动机转子串电阻调压轻载下的节能运行是可行的。

This paper introduces the general operation mode of ball mill, analyses the mechanical properties of wound asynchronous motor, improves the impact coursed by the large starting current of motor through applying the function of liquid resistor starter, and utilizes the stable variation characters of resistance of liquid resistor starter to improve the motor torque performance and meet ball mill start-up stably and smoothly.%介绍了球磨机的基本运行工况,分析了绕线式异步电机的机械特性,通过发挥电液变阻器的功能,改善电动机大电流启动对设备造成的冲击,并利用变阻器阻值的稳定变化特性,提高电动机的转矩性能,满足球磨机启动的平滑稳定。

对六相交流脉冲发电机组起动过程进行分析研究,给出了起动过程中机组的等效数学模型,实现了三相绕线式异步电动机转子串接液体电阻恒定子电流起动的建模。通过对一台六相交流脉冲发电机组起动过程的仿真,获得了机组起动过程的动态特性曲线,此结论为设计控制环节及机组的运行模式提供了理论参考。%This paper analyzes and researches start process of 6-phase AC pulse generator set, equivalent math model for starting process of the generator set is given, modeling of con-stant stator current for three-phase wound-rotor induction motor, which rotor is connected with liquid resistance in series, is implemented. Dynamic characteristic curve for starting process of the generator set is achieved based on the simulation for starting process of a 6-phase AC pulse generator set, the obtained result provides theoretical references for design of the control section and running mode of the generator set.

传统的绕线式异步电动机起控制方式有转子回路串电阻起动、转子串频变阻器起动;制动方式有反接制动和能耗制动。其中任何一种起、制动控制方式的实现可以由继电器-接触器控制系统来完成。近年来,可编程序控制器(PLC)的功能发展及价格降低,其PLC应用领域大量扩散到电力拖动及自动控制行业中。本设计以转子回路串电阻降压起动和能耗制动为例,先由继电器-接触器实现的电动机的起、制动控制,然后再采用PLC实现电动器起、制动控制,以此来说明PLC的优越性。

摘要:
功率因数低是绕线式电动机串级调速方式的主要缺点.提出了一种新的提高其功率因数的方法,将PFC技术运用在串级调速中.分析了PFC对电动机功率因数提高的作用.由于转子侧电势是低频交流电压,研究了对低频电压的功率因数校正,运用Scott变压器实现三相低频PFC,并将其运用在串级调速装置中.仿真结果证实了理论分析的可行性.
