摘要:针对抽水蓄能电站发电机运行特殊性,其励磁系统控制装置设计应适合各种运行工况及相应的控制协调。为此,公司在HWlT-4型励磁系统基础上,吸收了目前数字控制领域先进的研究成果和工艺,运用新的解决方案和手段,如DSP数字信号处理技术、同步双脉冲触发信号生成、光纤通讯技术和智能化的调试手段等,研制开发了300 M W抽水蓄能水电机组用励磁系统。%Against the operational specialty of the pumped-storage hydro-power generator, the design of con-trol of the exciter system should suit various kinds of op-erational condition and corresponding regulation. Based on the HW1T-4 exciter system by our company and absorbing the advanced scientific research result and technology in the field of digital control, the exciter system of the 300 MW pumped-storage hydro-power generator set was developed by such new programs and means as DPS digital signal treatment technique, formation of the synchronous double-pulse triggering signal, fiber-optical communication and intelligent debugging.
摘要:介绍一种采用了模型参考自适应系统的速度估计方法的异步电动机无速度传感器矢量控制系统。利用MATLAB/simulink对该系统进行仿真,仿真结果表明该系统具有较好的动静态性能和较强的鲁棒性,同时能够获得与有速度传感器矢量控制相近似的控制效果。%A kind of vector control system without speed sensor for asynchronous motor, in which the model reference adaptive system(MRAS) was used to estimate the rotor speed, was introduced. This system was simulated by means of MATLAB/Simulink, the simulation result showed that this system had better static and dynamic performance and stronger robustness, capable of possessing the similar control effect by vector control with a speed sensor.
摘要:以大型汽轮发电机新型椭圆轴承为研究对象,通过对该轴承进行计算、设计、试验和研究,得到较好的轴承静动特性,为机组的安全运行提供了可靠的依据。经试验验证,实测值与计算值基本相吻合,新型椭圆轴承性能优于传统椭圆轴承。%Taking the new type of elliptical bearing for turbo-generator as the studying subject, a better static and dynamic performance was achieved through calcula-tion, design, test and study on the bearing, so as to supply a reliable evidence for the safe operation of the generator set. After testing and verification on it, the tested and calculated values were consistent and performance of the elliptical bearing was better than that of the traditional one.
摘要:Special winding connection was applied in the double-speed motor, so as to reach the purpose of speed regulation by means of changing the number of the pole of the stator windings. 摘要:针对电梯曳引机的特性要求,介绍了分数槽绕组应用在功率20~80 kW曳引机中的优势和特点。阐述了分数槽绕组槽极数Z0/p0组合的约束条件和分数槽集中绕组Z0/p0的组合条件。以三相永磁同步曳引机为例,研究其绕组的结构特点和运行原理。通过对分数槽绕组电动势矢量的讨论和分析,总结出选择分数槽集中绕组槽极数组合的初步规律和绕组排列及连接方法。%According to the characteristics of eleva-tor tractors requirements, superiority and characteristic of the fractional slot windings used in traction machine were introduced. The fraction slot windings’ slot pole Z0/p0 com-bination constraint conditions and fraction slot concentrated winding Z0/p0 combination conditions were described. Tak-ing a three-phase permanent magnet synchronous traction machine as example, the structure feature of the winding and operational principle of the motor was studied. Through discussion and analysis on the fraction slot winding elec-tromotive force vector, method to choose fraction slot con-centrated windings’ preliminary slot pole combination rule and winding arrangement and connection method have been summed up as the reference for the designers of the three-phase permanent magnet synchronous traction machine.

Analysis on the performance as well as its magnetic field was imple-mented by means of the modular Maxwell 2D of the Ansoft software, so as to verify the reasonability and correctness of the generator design.
