    • 摘要: 目的 构建能够预测PI-RADs v2评分≤3分患者前列腺穿刺术后非临床有意义结果的列线图,并内部验证其诊断效能.方法 采用回顾性研究的方法,数据选自2012年1月至2018年7月于首都医科大学附属北京友谊医院行前列腺穿刺患者构成的数据库.统计分析相关临床指标,采用Logistic回归确定穿刺结果 为非临床有意义的预测因素,并构建列线图.列线图的诊断性能由校准曲线及决策曲线来评估.结果共491例患者纳入研究.前列腺癌(PCa)的检出率为28.5%(140/491),临床有意义PCa(CSPCa)的检出率为14.5%(71/491),临床无意义PCa(CIPCa)的检出率为14.1%(69/491),良性结果为71.5%(351/491).非临床有意义结果(non-CSPCa,包括CIPCa和Benign)的检出率为85.5%(420/491).基于年龄、前列腺特异性抗原密度(PSAD)、PI-RADs v2等指标构建列线图.校准曲线证实,列线图的预测一致度较好,若预测值在53% ~72%之间,其具备高估风险的可能性.决策曲线显示,当阈值>70%时,用该列线图决定是否穿刺可获得明显的临床获益.结论 基于年龄、PI-RADs v2、PSAD等指标构建的列线图对于前列腺穿刺术后非临床有意义结果有着良好的预测价值.此列线图应用于临床决策可使临床获益.

    • 摘要: 以钒渣为原料,通过多钒酸铵反溶法制备低铬V2 O5(片状)产品,反溶条件:纯碱液浓度5%,反溶温度60~70°C,反溶时间3~10 min,反溶后钒溶液pH值9~10,钒溶液含钒18~24 g/L.结果表明:反溶后钒溶液经沉淀获得低铬多钒酸铵(Cr≤0.05%),经熔化后生产出低铬V2 O5(片状)产品(Cr≤0.05%),可满足生产钛合金、金属钒等产品特殊需求.

    • 摘要: The purpose of this research is to define initial parameters of Inaouene river and its catchment areas using radar data and satellite data. The Inaouene river is situated at the east of Sebou basin in North-East of Morocco. The study has been done by two dataset: 1) Shuttle Radar Topography Mission (SRTM) at a horizontal spatial resolution of 90 meters, and 2) ASTER (Advanced Spaceborn Thermal Emissionand and Reflection Radiometer) of GDEM version 2 at a horizontal spatial resolution of 30 meters, using ArcHydro model. Several raster and vector products of the Inaouene river and its catchment area have been defined at the end of the model. Moreover, final results of the ArcHydro model were compared with each other and with the reality. The result of this study can be used in baseline and advanced hydrology and geomorphology research on the catchment area. Besides of that, the result can define a spatial boundary of study on Inaouene River and its catchment area. Moreover, it would have support for decision-making on ground and surface water resource, distribution and management.

    • 摘要: This paper discusses the integration between GIS and hydrological models and presents a case study relating to the upper section of Moulouya River Basin (UMRB) situated in the east of Morocco. The Basin is an inland water-shed with a total area of approximately 10,000 km2, stretching in the junction between the Middle Atlas, the High Atlas Mountain and the Middle Moulouya basin. From ArcGIS ArcHydro framework data models, different parameters of the Moulouya River and its catchment area have been defined. DEM based ArcHydro model was run on Aster-GDEM V2 data at a horizontal spatial resolution of 30 meters. Several raster and vector products of the Upper Moulouya River and its catchment area have been defined at the end of the model. Final results of the models were discussed and compared with the reality. These results can be used in baseline for advanced hydrology and geomorphology research on the catchment area. They can support for decision-making on ground and surface water resource, distribution and management.

    • 摘要: Iron arsenate precipitation method has been used to remove the arsenic from vanadium and chromium solution with concentration of 30% H2O2 as oxidant,Fe2(SO4)3 for arsenic removal agent. The results showed that:with the initial reac-tion pH=3. 0,n(Fe)(As)=5,at reaction temperature of 40 °Cfor 2 h,arsenic removal rate of chrome and vanadium solu-tion can reach 92. 07%,both vanadium and chromium loss rate is under 5%. Chrome vanadium solution obtained by the opti-mum condition via concentrated sulfuric acid hydrolysis,the hydrolysate precipitation filtration after adding ammonium sulfate purification,purification products calcinated in the muffle furnace at temperature of 500 °C for 3 h,the final powder V2 O5 can satisfy YB/T 5304-2011 in the brand V2 O598 quality requirements.%以浓度为30%的H2O2作为氧化剂、Fe2(SO4)3为除砷剂,采用砷酸铁沉淀法对钒铬溶液进行除砷条件试验.结果表明:在反应初始pH=3.0、n(Fe)(As)=5、反应温度为40°C、反应时间为2 h条件下,钒铬溶液除砷率可达92.07%,钒、铬损失率均在5%以下.最佳除砷条件下获得的钒铬溶液经浓硫酸水解,水解产物沉淀过滤后添加硫酸铵纯化,纯化物烘干后在温度为500°C的马弗炉中煅烧3 h,最后得到粉状V2 O5,可以满足YB/T 5304—2011中牌号V2 O598质量要求.

    • 摘要: AIM: To elucidate influencing factors of treatment response, then tolvaptan has been approved in Japan for liquid retention.METHODS: We herein conducted this study to clarify the influencing factors in 40 patients with decompensated liver cirrhosis complicated by liquid retention. Tolvaptan was administered at a dosage of 7.5 mg once a day for patients with conventional diuretic-resistant hepatic edema for 7 d. At the initiation of tolvaptan, the estimated hepatic venous pressure gradient(HVPG) value which was estimated portal vein pressure was measured using hepatic venous catheterization. We analyzed the effects of tolvaptan and influencing factors associated with treatment response.RESULTS: Subjects comprised patients with a median age of 65(range, 40-82) years. According to the ChildPugh classification, class A was 3 patients, class B was 19, and class C was 18. Changes from the baseline in body weight were-1.0 kg(P = 2.04 × 10^(-6)) and-1.3 kg(P = 1.83 × 10^(-5)), respectively. The median HVPG value was 240(range, 105-580) mm H2 O. HVPG was only significant influencing factor of the weight loss effect. When patients with body weight loss of 2 kg or greater from the baseline was defined as responders, receiver operating characteristic curve analysis showed that the optimal HVPG cutoff value was 190 mm H_2 O in predicting treatment response. The response rate was 87.5%(7/8) in patients with HVPG of 190 mm H2 O or less, whereas it was only 12.5%(2/16) in those with HVPG of greater than 190 mm H2O(P = 7.46 × 10^(-4)). We compared each characteristics factors between responders and non-responders. As a result, HVPG(P = 0.045) and serum hyaluronic acid(P = 0.017) were detected as useful factors.CONCLUSION: The present study suggests that tolvaptan in the treatment of liquid retention could be more effective for patients with lower portal vein pressure.

    • 摘要: 兼语句的结构形式是:N1+V1+N2+E+V2,用转换生成语法理论分析现代汉语兼语句各组成成分的性质,得出以下结论:兼语句的V1成分在语义上可以是使令类单纯动词、使令类多义动词、引陪类动词、选定类动词;在理论上将V1假设成宾语控制动词和例外赋格动词.兼语句的V2成分是个有自己特点的非限定小句,有[+时态]性,可以带体貌成分“了“过”,不可以带体貌成分“着”,V2的空主语可以与主句宾语共指,也可以与主句宾语、主语同时共指.兼语句中兼语成分是由“一个显性名词十一个空主语”组成,这个空主语可以是空代词PRO,也可以是DP提升后留下的空成分.在这些论述的基础上,发现兼语句中V1动词性质、V2非限定小句性质以及非限定小句空主语类型之间有着整齐的对应关系.
