    • 摘要: Objective:Pinellia Tuber,the dried tuber of Pinellia ternata,is widely used in Japanese Kampo medicines and traditional Chinese medicines.The unprocessed Pinellia Tuber is known to cause very strong acrid irritation at oral and laryngopharynx mucosa.Recent studies have shown that the sharp needle-like crystals called raphides,that are composed of calcium oxalate and proteins,are the main causative substances of the irritation.Ginger,the rhizome of Zingiber officinale,has been used in the processing to reduce the acridity of Pinellia Tuber since before the sixth century,however,the mechanisms of reducing acridity have not been scientifically proved yet.Methods:We developed the raphides denaturation assay(RDA)to quantify the degree of denaturation in the raphides to cause irritation.By their lipophilic characters,the raphides could be extracted in petroleum ether(PE)layer from powdered Pinellia Tuber suspended in water,and the contents of the raphides in PE layer were measured by the absorbance.By this assay,we conducted the activity-guided fractionation from the boiling water extract of ginger to find the ingredients to denature the raphides.We also conducted the gustatory tests to detect the change of the irritation of the denatured raphides.Results:The treatment of powdered Pinellia Tuber suspension with ginger extract reduced the distribution of raphides in PE layer in RDA in a concentration-dependent manner.The activity-guided fractionation using RDA revealed that oxalic acid was the main active ingredient in ginger extract to denature the raphides of Pinellia Tuber.Oxalic acid reduced the lipophilicity of the raphides in the thermo-,time-,and concentration-dependent manners,and its activity was affected by pH.The treatment of powdered Pinellia Tuber suspension with oxalic acid significantly reduced its acrid irritation in gustatory test in human.Conclusions:We found that oxalic acid is the main active ingredient in ginger to reduce the acrid irritation of Pinellia Tuber.

    • 摘要: 动态海报设计是伴有一定节奏韵律的动效设计,也是可以进行互动的视觉传达设计。创意不受局限,可以展现更加绚丽多彩的视觉特效,以增强视觉冲击力,将观者带入其中。文章通过分析动态海报的功能优势,明确其自身的特点,以Processing编程的方式实现绘画、动画和交互,将中国传统文化的视觉特征应用于动态海报的设计之中。相较于其他设计软件,Processing编程拓宽了设计者的创作手段和渠道,将理性思维与感性设计充分结合,为每个作品注入灵魂,潜移默化地将其精神内涵传递给目标受众,引起人们的情感共鸣。

    • 摘要: High-entropy alloys (HEAs) are emerging materials that are developed based on entropy, anddraw significant attention for the potential to design their chemical disorder to bring outdifferent structural and physical characteristics. Over the past two decades, significant salientefforts have been conducted to explore many unique and useful properties of HEAs, such asovercoming the strength–ductility trade-off, outstanding thermal stability, and excellent lowtemperature plasticity. Here, we review the key research topic of HEAs in the following threeaspects: (a) performance advantages and composition design, (b) performance-driven HEAs and(c) fabrication process-driven HEAs. Towards their industrial applications, our article reviews alarge range of methods to synthesise, fabricate and process HEAs. We also discuss the currentchallenges and future opportunities, mainly focusing on performance breakthroughs in HEAs.

    • 摘要: 如今,社交媒体是现代人生活中不可或缺的一种必需品,社交媒体中所展现的“线上”状态同样也体现了用户现实生活中的个人情感、工作和生活等状态。文章从视觉的艺术设计和程序的技术实现两个角度出发,以“微信”状态图生成程序为蓝本进行了深入的设计与研究。通过对现有相关功能的分析,结合微信状态特有的时效性,采用Processing编程语言进行编写,实现对应的图像资源与数据的匹配,生成专属状态图片,从而实现数据的可视化交互。

    • 摘要: [Objectives]With Polygonati Rhizoma steamed and sundried for 9 times as the main raw material, a type of Huangjing Zhima Pills was developed and its optimal formula was studied. [Methods] The Huangjing Zhima Pills was developed with nine-steamed nine-sundried Polygonati Rhizoma as the main raw material by adding black sesame, black beans, and honey. Taking sensory score and texture properties as evaluation indexes, the optimal formula parameters of Huangjing Zhima Pills were determined by single factor experiments and an orthogonal test combined with a formula scoring method. [Results] The best formula of Huangjing Zhima Pills was addition amount of nine-steamed nine-sundried Polygonati Rhizoma 25%, addition amount of black bean powder 15%, addition amount of honey added 17%, and addition amount of black sesame powder 30%. The moisture content in the finished product was(13.367±0.056) g/100 g, and the total colony count, Escherichia coli, mold and yeast and other microbial indexes all met the standards. The Huangjing Zhima Pills prepared under these conditions had pleasant sesame flavor and Polygonati Rhizoma flavor, delicate and sweet tasted, and a slight aftertaste of sweetness. Meanwhile, Polygonatum, black sesame and black beans are all medicinal and food homologous plants with certain health care effects, and the Huangjing Zhima Pills prepared from them are healthy snacks that people can carry and eat easily. [Conclusions] This study further enhances the added value of Polygonatum and provides a new way for the high-value utilization of Polygonatum.

    • 摘要: 在信息技术不断发展的背景下,编程语言也有了新的进步,以Processing为例,其作为一种新型计算机语言,是以数字艺术作为发展背景,以简易算法在视觉与交互领域体现自己的应用价值。本文是以创意编程在海报设计中的应用进行深入研究,以“Respect for the Environment”海报为例进行分析,阐述Processing编程语言运用在海报设计中的思路,并从内容创意与技术相结合、色彩与程序设计、文本设计与程序设置、版式设计与程序的布局、运动与交互设计5个方面展开研究,探讨创意编程在海报设计中的创新应用,并为创意编程介入设计创作提供启示与拓宽思路。
