HULLING RATE CONTROL DEVICE OF RICE HULLER

PURPOSE: To make it possible to control the hulling rate of a rice huller which is not influenced by a voltage variation by detecting the power consumption of a motor for driving paired hulling rolls and automatically adjusting a space between the rolls so as to obtain a constant electric power value. CONSTITUTION: The hulling part of a rice huller is equipped with a hopper 2, paired hulling rolls 3, 4, a hulled rice quantity adjustment valve 5 for adjusting a supply quantity, a shutter 6, etc., and a control motor 7 for automatically adjusting a clearance 51 between the hulling rolls. In this case, the control motor 7 is equipped with an electric current sensor which detects the current value of a hulling motor, a voltage sensor which detects the voltage value of a power supply, a valvular angle sensor 55, a hull sensor 56, a hulling rate setter which initializes a hulling rate, and an operating switch which adjusts a roll clearance 51. Further, a controller is constituted so that the roll clearance 51 can be automatically adjusted by controlling a control motor 7 to obtain constant detection readings of the power consumption of a hulling motor, and at the same time, the load of the hulling motor is visually displayed based on the power consumption.
