ATTACHING/DETACHING DEVICE OF LARGE NUT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To safely and easily perform the attaching/detaching work of a large special nut of heavy weight. ;SOLUTION: An elevatable frame 9 is elevatably provided on a main frame 5 of a truck 2 capable of moving on a floor surface F. A turn table 11 is provided on the elevatable frame 9 in a horizontally turnable manner, and a nut N is loaded thereon and turned. The elevatable frame 9 is elevated/lowered by an elevating/lowering means such as an air cylinder 10, the turn table 11 is turned in the forward/reverse direction by a rotating means such as an air motor 20 to attach/detach the nut N to/from a bolt B. The turn table 11 can incline the axis of rotation in an arbitrary direction, and normally, the axis of rotation is kept perpendicular by a spring. The turn table 11 is provided on an oscillation table capable of the horizontal oscillation. The self-alignment property to the bolt B is given to the nut N on the turn table 11 by the arbitrary inclination of the turn table 11 and the oscillation of the oscillation table.;COPYRIGHT: (C)1997,JPO
