A method of manufacturing par-baked glutinous rice cake is provided to obtain par-baked glutinous rice cake capable of being eaten by conveniently heating in an oven or an electronic range immediately before eating while having excellent taste and nutrients. Glutinous rice cake dough is baked at 200 to 250deg.C for 10 to 12min. The obtained glutinous rice cake contains 70 to 90% by weight of par-baked glutinous rice cake, based on full baked glutinous rice cake. The par-baked glutinous rice cake(10) is put into a container(20) and covered with a cover(30).
