PURPOSE: A ceramics wire formation system, a ceramics wire formation method, and a superconducting wire using the same is provided to rapidly forming the ceramic wire of a ceramic thin film.;CONSTITUTION: A ceramic precursor film is formed on the top of a wire substrate(S10). A wire substrate deposited by the ceramic precursor film is thermally processed. The ceramic precursor film is controlled to get a liquid state(S21).
