20100100596 Novelty: a continuous production-flow machine for the shelling, drying, roasting, cooling and cleansing of sesame seeds. Constitution: 1) a cylindrical perforated chamber into which a shaft furnished with blades, water injectors and vapour injectors is rotating for shelling the sesame seeds; 2) three interfitting cylindrical/conical chambers from which the one is perforated and rotates the sesame seeds which being, thus, free from water are concentrated in the third chamber, while removed water is collected into the second one; 3) a hot air-supplied chamber wherein a shaft furnished with blades is rotating for heating up the sesame seeds and remove a great part of their moist; 4) a perforated cylindrical chamber into which the sesame seeds are stirred by a rotating shaft furnished with blades; an air-sucking system adapted to the top of said chamber sucks air which is liable to absorb the remaining moist of the sesame seeds while descending between the stirring seeds; 5) successive semi-circular or circular heating chambers into which there are rotating either screws with blades or shafts with blades for successively transporting and roasting the stirring sesame seeds from one chamber to another until complete roasting and exit of these last form said chambers; 6) a closed vibrating chamber into which we apply air suction cooling the vibrating seeds. The air of suction dispenses the sesame seeds from whatever lighter material (inter alia, from shells) so that a clean product is resulted, ready for being grinded (tahini) or being used in bakery products.
