PURPOSE: A method for processing raw meat of meat, seafood or poultry using oil and the manufactured frozen meat are provided to improve taste and mouth-fell which is similar to chicken taste, and to simply cook the meat within a short time. CONSTITUTION: A method for processing raw meat comprises the following steps: slating the raw meat; leaking the oil from the salted meat; clothing the meat with powder on the surface; rapidly freezing the raw meat covered with the powder; heating the raw meat in a range of 30C ~ 80C; and rapidly freezing the raw meat. A moisture content of the raw meat is in a range of 10.0wt% ~ 15.0wt%.
