The present invention relates to a smart stamp for stamping a seal by touching a screen of a smartphone, the smart stamp including: a casing; an MCU installed in the casing to generate stamp data and modulate the stamp data in the form of a sound wave; a sound wave generator installed in the casing, connected to the MCU, and outputting the modulated stamp data; and a touch sensor installed on a surface of the casing, connected to the MCU, and generating a touch signal when being touched by a smartphone, wherein the MCU generates the stamp data when the touch sensor generates the touch signal.
