The present invention provides a smart stamp composed of: a handle exposed to the outside; and a main body forming various touch patterns through a connection to the handle, which is composed of: an upper plate with multiple accommodation grooves or protrusions, which can rotate as one with the handle as combined with the bottom of the handle, multiple poles installed in the bottom of the upper plate and of which the upper part is selectively accommodated in the accommodation grooves, a lower plate supporting the multiple poles and exposing the bottom of the poles to the outside through a penetration hole, an elastic material formed in the multiple poles, making sure that the multiple poles are facing the upper plate and a container that forms the exterior and accommodates the upper and lower plates.
