The present invention relates to a smart stamp and a smart stamp system with enhanced security through pattern recognition. According to the present invention, the smart stamp comprises: a casing part; a control part installed inside the casing part, and to generate stamp data and modulate the stamp data to a sound wave form; a sound wave generator installed inside the casing part and connected with the control part, and to output a sound wave containing the modulated stamp data; and an image sensor part installed in the lower part of the casing part and connected with the control part, and to recognize an image pattern generated in a smart device. The present invention has an effect of improving security as the control part generates stamp data when the image sensor part recognizes an image pattern.
