The present invention discloses a process for preparing bacterial cellulose using citrus by-products. According to the present invention, it is possible to provide a method for producing bacterial cellulose having no particular difference in yield and physical properties when citrus by-products are used and when they are used in a steaming state, as compared with the case of using citrus juice.
