The present invention relates to a method for producing coffee using crystal roasting, which is characterized by comprising the following steps: (a) adding crystal into a roaster and preheating the roaster; (b) adding coffee beans into preheated roaster in the step (a) for roasting, and taking out the crystal and coffee from the roaster, to roast the coffee with heat remaining in the crystal, while irradiating heat; (c) cooling and freeze-drying the coffee which has irradiated heat in the step (b), and pulverizing the coffee to manufacture a coffee powder; and (d) hand dripping the coffee powder manufactured in the step (c) to extract heating water, and also relates to the coffee produced by using the crystal roasting.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
