The present invention relates to a producing method for a noodle containing Halabong, comprising: a step of producing a fermentation broth of Halabong (S11); a step of mixing and stirring a cotton material containing 10-20 parts by weight of Halabong powder, 3-10 parts by weight of Halabong fermentation broth, 1-5 parts by weight of germanium powder and 0.5-1 parts by weight of salt to 100 parts by weight of wheat flour (S12) to produce a dough; a step of aging the dough (S13); and a step of producing a noodle with the aged dough (S14).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017
