The present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing Chinese-style sliced noodles. According to the formation of the present invention, a housing (10), including side walls (11) formed in the left and right sides and work inlets (12) formed in the front and rear sides, is installed, and the upper part of the side walls (11) is inclined upwards to make the upper part of the housing (10) formed as an opening part, a horizontal transfer cylinder (70) is installed in the upper rear side of the housing (10), and a rod of the left and right transfer cylinder (70) is located in a transfer groove (14) formed in the upper part of the side walls (11). A control part (80) is placed on the floor surface of the housing (10) to make a manipulating button (81) recognized through a manipulating hole (13) formed in the lower part of the side walls (11) of the housing (10). An elevating cylinder (50) is slanted in a side of the housing (10), and a rotary motor (51) is installed in a side of the elevating cylinder (50).
