The invention relates to a method for enriching meat and meat products for consumption with nanominerals which replace synthetic antibiotics administered to animals for disease resistance purposes, which have negative effects on the consumer's immunity system. According to the invention, the method may be carried out in two ways: a. administering in the animals' food or water an amount of atomic Au or atomic Ag or atomic Cu of maximum 1 mg/day per 100 kg/animal, and b. introducing 1 mg of atomic Au or atomic Ag or atomic Cu in 1 kg of meat or meat products.
