The course provides a solid foundation in learning theory, yet moves directly into hands-on application. With the emphasis practical skill development. Instructor Trainees will complete the course with the confidence that they can successfully teach any course in the National Standard Curricula for which they are technically qualified. The course is designed as a series of interactive lessons, facilitated by you the instructor. The Instructor Guide contains the information you will need to teach the course. A Course Guide, which contains information and materials necessary for course administration, and the Student Guide complete the curriculum package. The course is presented using transparencies, a flipchart and other support materials. Participants follow along and take notes using the accompanying Student Guide.
