PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a training curriculum generation system, a training curriculum generation method, and a computer program, enabling a training curriculum suitable for acquisition of operational skills for an industrial machinery to be generated.SOLUTION: A training curriculum generation system 1 comprises: industrial machinery-related teaching material content databases 102 and 103; setting means for ranking customers according to customer loyalty; extraction means for extracting a teaching material content to be included in a training curriculum from among teaching material contents stored in the databases 102 and 103 on the basis of the ranking set by the setting means; and generation means for generating the training curriculum using the teaching material content extracted by the extraction means.
