Comprehensive Facility Review for Savage Rapids Diversion Dam Grants PassProject, Oregon: Report of Findings

This Comprehensive Facility Review (CFR) Report of Findings is intended toevaluate the adequacy of Savage Rapids Diversion Dam in terms of continued safe operation and assess the risk to public safety. The CFR process consists of a thorough evaluation of design, construction, structural performance, and past or ongoing studies to determine if there are any dam safety issues that need resolution or further attention, and if specific actions are required to ensure safe continued operation. This report of findings draws upon past reports and studies, as well as the companion Performance Parameters Technical Memorandum (TM) and Site Examination Report which have been prepared as part of this CFR process.
