P-101: Synthesis of Transparent and Green-emitting CaSO_4: Tb(3+), Na~+ Thin Film Phosphors by RF Magnetron Sputtering

摘要

Transparent and green-emitting CaSO_4: Tb(3+), Na~+ thin film phosphors (TFPs) have been synthesized by RF magnetron sputtering, and their luminescence and optical properties were investigated. Transparent and green-emitting CaSO_4: Tb(3+), Na~+ TFPs were successfully synthesized at room temperature.
