In recent years, many teaching materials of information ethics have been developed and are still utilized at schools. Many of these materials focuses on the grade and skill level of students which are decided beforehand. And also these materials are made into a package. Therefore, it is difficult to change a specific part of the teaching materials according to the student's age and level. Especially, the incident articles in our society and the information technology change sharply, thus making the contents of teaching materials less relevant. Therefore, in the current situation the whole package has to be updated newly, and the cost for it has to be considered. In this research, in order to solve these problems, a dynamic construction model of teaching materials has been developed. In this model, a content of teaching material is regarded as a set of the minimum units of it. By using the model, it is possible to change the units of teaching materials partially, and we can expect to promote the dynamic teaching-materials construction and the reuse of teaching materials.%近年,多くの情報モラル教材が開発され実際に教育現場で活用されている.それら教材の多くは,学習者の学年や習熟度があらかじめ決められたパッケージ化されたものであり,学習者に応じて部分的に差し替えたり,変更したりすることが困難になっている.特に,一般社会で問題視されている事件や注目の情報技術などは変化が激しく内容が風化し易い.そのためパッケージ全体を入れ替えなければならず,教材を最新に保つためのコストが必要とされる.そこで本研究では,これら問題を解決するために教材を最小単位の集合と捉え,学習者や授業に適応して,ダイナミックにそれら最小構成単位を組み合わせ教材として提示する,教材の動的構成モデルの提案をする.これにより,教材の一部を変更することが可能となり,教材の再利用の促進と授業設計に適応的に動的な教材構成が期待できる.
