急诊科护士心理契约与职业倦怠的相关性分析

         

摘要

Objective ] To explore the correlation between the emergency nurses ’ psychological contract and job burnout . [Method] 126 nurses from four hospitals in Hangzhou were interviewed with Psychological Contract Scale and Job Burnout Scale .[Result] The score of job burnout of emergency nurses was (60 .07 ± 9 .42) ,and the highest dimension was emotional exhaustion and diminished personal accomplishment .The score of psychological contract was negatively correlated with the score of each dimension of job burnout .Regression analysis showed that professional title ,monthly income ,hospital realistic obliga-tion ,hospital team responsibility ,nurse individual developmental responsibility ,and individual team responsibility were all pre-dictive?factors ofjob burnout . [Conclusion ] Psychological contract was the important influencing factor for job burnout of e-mergency nurses .The managers should build good psychological contract in order to reduce job burnout of emergency nurses .%目的:探讨急诊科护士心理契约与其职业倦怠的相关性。方法:采用心理契约量表与职业倦怠量表对杭州市4所三级医院126名急诊科护士进行问卷调查。结果:急诊科护士职业倦怠总分为(60.07±9.42)分,得分最高的维度为情绪衰竭和个人成就感降低;急诊科护士心理契约各维度与职业倦怠各维度均呈负相关,回归分析显示职称、月收入、医院现实责任、医院团队责任、护士发展责任及护士团队责任均是职业倦怠的预测因素。结论:心理契约是急诊科护士职业倦怠的重要影响因素,管理者构建良好的心理契约,有助于降低护士的职业倦怠。
