超高效液相色谱串联质谱测定果蔬中氯虫苯甲酰胺残留

摘要

A LC-ESI-MS/MS method was developed for the determination of chlorantraniliprole in greenstuff and fruit. This method is found to be rapid, accurate and high sensitivity for the determination of chlorantraniliprole in greenstuff and fruit. The sample was treated with solid phase extraction and clean-up. Chlorantraniliprole was determined by LC-ESI-MS/MS and quantified with selected reaction monitoring (SRM) mode. The linear ranges for chlorantraniliprole were 20.0~320.0 μg/L with correlation coefficients above 0.995 7. The mean recoveries were between 70.60% and 116.42%. The RSD was less than 15.2% (n=5).%建立了超高效液相色谱-电喷雾串联四极杆质谱快速测定果蔬中氯虫苯甲酰胺残留的分析方法,该方法具有快速、准确、灵敏度高等特点.样品经固相萃取净化,应用超高效液相色谱-电喷雾串联四极杆质谱仪选择反应监测(SRM)定量法检测氯虫苯甲酰胺.结果表明,该方法对氯虫苯甲酰胺在10.0~320.0 μg/L线性范围内,相关系数为0.995 3,回收率为70.60%~116.42%,相对标准偏差小于15.2% (n=5).
