To understand the status of part-time teachers in secondary vocational schools in Henan province, the focus of selection and a random sample of 30 secondary vocational schools survey showed that the appointment of part-time teachers in secondary vocational schools less, accounting for a small proportion of full-time teachers, low pay; lack of secondary school unified planning and construction of part-time faculty appointment effective way, neglect of management and training part-time teachers; poor adjunct faculty appointment channels, professional part-time teacher shortages and other problems. Accordingly, the perfect part-time teachers in secondary vocational schools should supplement the entry mechanisms, training and many other aspects of the use of mechanisms, assessment mechanism to cut and breakthrough.%为了解河南省中等职业学校兼职教师现状,重点选取和随机抽取了30所中等职业学校开展调查,结果显示,中等职业学校兼职教师聘任少,占专任教师比例小、待遇低;中等职业中等学校缺乏统一的兼职教师队伍建设规划和行之有效的聘任办法、疏于对兼职教师的管理和培养;兼职教师聘任渠道不畅,专业兼职教师紧缺等问题。据此,完善中等职业学校兼职教师补充应从入职机制、培养和使用机制、考核机制等诸多方面切入和突破。
