从心理弹性与归因方式考察高职生心理健康素质

     

摘要

By the questionnaire survey on the characteristics and their relation of resilience and attributional style of 682 higher vocational students, it is found that the overall level of higher vocational students' resilience needs to be improved, and has remarkable difference in monthly family communication frequency; higher vocational students' attribution style tends to be internal control attribution, and is significantly different in the only-child or not, student cadre or not, grade, father's education background, monthly living expenses, and monthly family communication frequency; higher vocational students' resilience and internal control attribution style had a significantly positive correlation, and internal control attribution style has better prediction effect on resilience; high and low resilience groups have significant difference in external control scores. Higher vocational colleges should pay attention to higher vocational students' resilience level, correctly guide them to develop the scientific and positive attribution style, and pay more attention to the mental health education of higher vocational students.%通过问卷调查对682名高职生心理弹性与归因方式的特点以及两者的关系进行研究表明:高职生的心理弹性整体水平有待提高,在与家人月沟通次数上差异显著;高职生归因风格倾向于内控归因,在是否独生子女、是否学生干部、年级、父亲学历、月生活费、与家人月沟通次数上差异显著;高职生心理弹性与内控归因风格呈显著正相关,内控归因风格对心理弹性有较好的预测作用;高低心理弹性组在外控得分上差异显著.高职院校应关注高职生心理弹性水平,正确引导养成科学积极的归因方式,重视高职生心理健康教育.
