职业院校项目工作室教育功能案例研究

             

摘要

项目工作室是一种以企业项目为纽带的校企合作形式。通过对北京市一所中职学校项目工作室进行的个案研究,发现项目工作室由于师资和企业支持不足,对项目掌控能力欠缺,从而导致开发新项目和对项目的教学转化比较困难,学生参与率和参与度较低等问题。项目工作室教育功能的发挥要充分利用项目的教育功能:开放运行,鼓励在校生参与新项目的开发,并将成熟项目改造成教学项目系统地用于项目教学改革。%The project studio is a cooperation form between vocational schools and enterprises with the project as a link. A case study of a project studio in a secondary vocational school in Beijing shows that project studios of vocational schools are short of teachers and enterprise support, lacking in the controlling ability over projects and unable to ideally develop a new project and turn it into teaching project. Besides, students' rate of participating in projects is low. For this background, the development of these project studios should follow its particular laws: to run openly to all students, to encourage them to participate in development of new projects in studios, and to transform past projects into teaching projects for project teaching reform.
