儿童教育教师--教师理念之本源

         

摘要

As the direct incarnation a core value, the concept of teachers’ profession decides the educa-tional objectives and orientation. As the basic element of educational activities, the connotation of chil-dren, the essence of education and the mission of teachers all constitute the three fountainheads of the con-cept of teachers of middle, primary and infant schools. The reading up classic books of pedagogy, absorb-ing their alimentation and reflecting show a basic way of generating teacher concept from discovering and feeing children to understanding and creating education and finally to knowing and becoming teachers.%教师职业理念作为核心价值的一种体现直接决定了教育的目标和方向。作为教育活动的基本要素,儿童的内涵、教育的本质及教师的使命构成了中小学及幼儿园教师理念的三大本源。通过对教育学名著的研读,汲取了营养并反思,认为从发现儿童、解放儿童到理解教育、创造教育再到认识教师、成为教师,是教师理念生成的一种基本途径。
