大跨度钢桥铺设无砟轨道关键技术研究

         

摘要

Due to the large span and complex deformation,paving ballastless track on long-span bridge is lack of theoretical reserves and application experience.Taking Tongling bridge as an example,the key technologies of paving ballastless track on long-span bridge,including ballastless track selection, beam end ballastless track design,vibration-reducing track design and continuous welded rails design are researched in this paper.The ballastless track selection principle is proposed and the track vibra-tion-damping design is completed.The transition slab and expansion device are used on beam end to solve the large expansion,rotation and horizontal relative displacement at beam end.The tower-cable-beam-rail integration model is used for continuous welded rails analysis on cable stayed bridge.%大跨度钢桥由于跨度大、变形复杂,铺设无砟轨道缺少相关的理论储备及应用经验。以铜陵长江大桥为例,对大跨度桥梁铺设无砟轨道的关键技术进行研究,包括无砟轨道结构选型、梁端无砟轨道设计及轨道减振设计。提出高速铁路大跨度钢桥无砟轨道选型原则,完成轨道减振设计;梁端采用抬轨伸缩装置与过渡板设计方案解决梁端伸缩、转角及横向相对位移。
