PURPOSE: An H-steel beam mounted with a sequence-prestress inducing device for applying sequentially stressing force to a temporary steel bridge according to load and a temporary steel bridge mounting method are provided to reduce the number of piers by making the length of the bridge long, to secure an excellent exterior shape, and to expand the durable term of the bridge by inducing stressing force again by strands. CONSTITUTION: In an H-steel beam(10) mounted with a sequence-prestress inducing device for applying sequentially stressing force to a temporary steel bridge according to load, an end tension device(30) is mounted to both ends of a lower flange(13) of an H-steel. A center supporting device(40) is installed in the center portion of the steel. The sequence-prestress inducing device is installed by settling the end tension device and the center supporting device with plural steel bars and strands. The steel beam is mounted on an abutment and a pier. Prestress is primarily induced to the H-steel beam by inducing stressing force to the steel bar or the strand. The stressing force coping with the load is secondarily induced to the H steel beam by tensioning the steel bar or the strand penetrating a concrete block mounted at the end tension device in acting load such as asphalt concrete.
