半履带式气垫车最佳载荷分配比的研究

         

摘要

对半履带式气垫车的动力学性能进行了分析,建立了最佳载荷分配比的数学模型,探讨了驱动履带滑转率对最佳载荷分配比的影响。计算机仿真和试验结果表明,半履带式气垫车以最佳载荷分配比进行载荷匹配时,在正常行驶的情况下,可使其总功率消耗相对最小。%Because of the unique structural style and floating running states of a semi-track air cushion vehicle, the load and power distribution between the semi-track and air cushion systems varied with the vehicle running state, resistance and soil conditions. So, it is necessary to study the relationships of different load distributions as to cut down the total power consumption of the vehicle. In this paper, the dynamic performance of a semi-track air cushion vehicle was analyzed, and a mathematical model of optimal load distribution ratio was developed. The factors affecting optimal load distribution ratio were investigated, and the influence of a semi-track slip ratio on the optimal load distribution ratio was discussed in detail. A simulation and tests were performed, which verified that the vehicle could meet the demand of minimum power consuming under the condition of well-balanced run when running with this optimal load distribution ratio.
