基于IPA分析法的博物馆游客满意度研究——以自贡恐龙博物馆为例

         

摘要

当前博物馆旅游的发展面临诸多问题,其中,博物馆旅游自身产品和服务存在的问题成了博物馆旅游进一步发展的瓶颈。游客对博物馆提供的旅游产品和服务满意度是衡量其持久吸引力和竞争力的重要指标,了解游客的期望与需要,最大限度地满足他们的各种要求,有利于博物馆提高游客忠诚度、吸引更多的游客,有利于博物馆旅游科学发展。本文以自贡恐龙博物馆为例,采取IPA分析法对游客满意度进行分析研究,并根据分析结果为恐龙博物馆今后旅游发展提出相应的改善措施和建议。%museum tourism currently faces many problems, especially, tourism's own products and service becomes the bottleneck problem for its further development. Tourist satisfaction to museum's products and service is a very important index to scale the museum's sustainable attraction and competition capability, to know the tourists' expectation and need, and to furthest meet their demand are helpful for enhancing tourists' loyalty, attracting more new tourists, as well as for the museum tourism's scientific development. The paper makes Zigong Dinosaur Museum as an example, and use IPA as the analysis method to analyze the data, finally, according to the analyzed results, the paper give some constructive suggestion for Zigong Dinosaur Museum's further development.
