为提出满足游客实际需求的旅游产品，从游客视角出发构建评价模型，结合问卷调查法和IPA法评价游客对兵团旅游目的地的满意度。结论为：①游客认为影响兵团满意度指标都有极高的相关性，其中游客最不满意的因素是景点多样性、旅游咨询、景区价格以及线路安排等。②IPA指数表明，影响指标的期望值和实绩感知存在3.75%～14.31%的差距。③根据IPA指数与IPA象限图分析进而提出各象限发展策略。为新疆兵团旅游开发提供科学的理论与实践指导。%To meet the needs of tourists and New products is put forward, From the visitors perspective to build evaluation model, Using questionnaire survey and IPA method grasp the satisfaction of settlement tourist, The conclusion is:①settlement satisfaction index has a high correlation, The most important index is consultation, scenic spot prices and line arrangement.②the IPA index shows that the impact of 3.75% ~ 14.31% of the gap between expectations and perception.③According to the index of IPA and quadrant diagram then put forward the development strategy.
